We are currently finishing up our first winter camping series at Lake Havasu, and what a trip it has been!

After closing out our desert season in Joshua Tree, we traded the dust for the water and have been soaking in everything this unique town has to offer. In our upcoming video, you can come along with us as we explore the famous London Bridge, take in the beautiful lake views, and check out some of the incredibly fun events happening around Havasu.

Concluding Our Winter Desert Season at Joshua Tree 🌵

We are officially concluding our winter desert camping season here at Joshua Tree National Park.

There is something magical about the desert in winter, and Joshua Tree was the perfect place to bring this chapter to a close. 🌵✨

A Special Season

This year’s winter trip was extra special—not just for the iconic views and stunning sunsets, but for the people we shared it with. We had the chance to catch up with so many friends and enjoy some much-needed downtime with family. ❤️ It was a reminder that while the places we visit are beautiful, the memories we make with people are what truly matter.

A Note of Thanks

We want to say thank you to everyone following our journey. We truly appreciate your love, support, and especially your patience with our delayed video releases.

We have plenty of content left to produce from this season, and we can’t wait for you to see it all!

The Mountain Always Wins: Our Eastern Sierra Series Finale!

Happy Valentine’s Day! ❤️

It is hard to believe we are already at the end of our Eastern Sierra series. We have taken you from the heat of the valley to the ancient Bristlecone pines, but for this finale, we saved some of the most rugged and beautiful moments for last.

This Sunday, we are releasing the final episode: "The Mountain Always Wins."

Where We Went In this episode, we set out to tackle a mix of classic Sierra beauty and some serious off-road grit.

• Lake George: We spent the day hiking and casting a line in the crystal-clear water. If you know us, you know we can’t resist an alpine lake!

• Mt. Morrison: We revisited the stunning views of Mt. Morrison—a landscape that never gets old no matter how many times we see it.

• Tobacco Flat: We took the 4Runner on a unique off-roading adventure out to Tobacco Flat to test the truck and escape the crowds.

Why "The Mountain Always Wins"? As much as we plan, nature always has the final say. Whether it is weather, terrain, or just the reality of life on the road, sometimes you have to make the tough call to turn back or cut a trip short.

That’s a Wrap on the Grand Design Rally!

Hello everyone!

Another wonderful Grand Design RV Rally has officially come to a close here in Quartzsite! 🌵

We have had such a great time over the past week. These rallies are always a highlight for us, not just for the events, but for the people. We loved catching up with old friends we haven't seen in a while and making so many new connections within the Grand Design family. The sense of community here is truly something special. ❤️

Good Food & Good Times

The week was packed with fun activities, but a few things definitely stood out. We really enjoyed the live music, and of course, the salsa and chili contests were a huge hit! 🌶️💃 (There is nothing like some spicy food to heat up a desert evening!)

There were so many more fun activities that kept us busy, and it was great to just hang out and soak in the vibe with everyone.

A Huge Thank You

Events like this don't happen by magic. We want to send a massive thank you to all the volunteers and organizers who worked so hard behind the scenes to make this event a success once again. We appreciated everything you did to make this week run so smoothly.

The Journey Continues...

As the rally winds down, rigs are starting to pull out, and we are getting ready to hit the road too.

Next up, we are heading West! We are pointing the truck toward a familiar desert spot close to Joshua Tree National Park. We are looking forward to some quiet desert sunsets and exploring that beautiful area again. 🏜️☀️

Greetings from Quartzsite! (And a Sneak Peek at the Eastern Sierra Finale)

Hello everyone from the sunny Arizona desert! 🌵👋

We are currently settled in here at Quartzsite, enjoying the desert air and the community vibe. But even though we are surrounded by cactus and dust, our heads are still in the mountains!

Right now, we are hard at work editing our next video, and this one is special—it is the grand finale of our Eastern Sierra series. 🏔️

What to Expect in the New Video

We saved some of the best adventures for last. This upcoming episode is packed with outdoor fun and beautiful scenery. We take you along as we:

• Revisit the stunning Mt. Morrison (the views never get old!).
• Spend the day hiking and fishing at the beautiful Lake George. 🎣🥾
• Take the truck on a unique off-roading adventure out to Tobacco Flat. 🚙

As much as we love exploring, life on the road is also about finding a rhythm. Lately, we have been busy juggling work, traveling, filming, and editing.

Desert Camping Journey: From Historic Globe to the Grand Design Rally 🌵📍

Our Trip Update! 📍🚐

We are back with another update from the road! We have had an incredible few days, and we are gearing up for one of our favorite weeks of the year.

Exploring Globe & San Carlos

We finished our time exploring the historic town of Globe, AZ. It was fascinating to walk around seeing the downtown architecture and soaking in the rugged copper mining history of the area. We also took a drive through the winding roads of San Carlos, which was absolutely breathtaking.

A huge special thank you goes out to our personal guides, Mike and Poke! We had a fantastic time moochdocking with you. It was wonderful hanging out and catching up with your lovely family—we truly appreciate the hospitality! ❤️

A Relaxing Family Break

Right now, we are taking a quick break from the camping routine. We are making the rounds in Cave Creek and Phoenix to visit with family. It has been such a relaxing and wonderful time catching up with everyone before things get busy again!

Heading to "Go Grand" in Quartzsite

This week, we are pointing the rig back toward Quartzsite! We are headed to Roadrunner Road for the Grand Design Rally, and we have some exciting news.We are honored to be helping out with Over The Hill Adventure for "Go Grand" again this year! 🙌

It’s a Wrap on Q26! (Plus: Where We Are Heading Next!)

 

It is officially a wrap on Q26! 🌵✨

Looking back at this past week, we are just filled with gratitude. We had such a wonderful time hanging out with new friends and seeing so many great faces in the desert.

There is something special about Quartzsite gatherings. The campfires, the conversations, and the community always make it hard to leave. We want to send a huge thank you to Grand Adventure RV for putting this fantastic event together. It was a massive success, and we had a blast!

The party has officially come to an end, and while we are sad to say goodbye, we will definitely return next winter.

The Adventure Continues... Heading East! 🚐💨

We are packing up the RV and hitting the road tomorrow. Our compass is set east, and we are taking you with us to a new destination: Globe, Arizona!

We are really excited to explore this unique town. We’ve heard so much about its rugged mining history, the downtown architecture, and the local vibe.

But the best part? We are meeting up with some good friends to catch up and explore the area together.

Come along as we take you to this new area—we’re so excited to bring you along for the ride.
